Return Policy

At Dermaviduals, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Customer service and satisfaction are our priorities. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return any unused product(s) within 30 days from purchase for an exchange.  Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill out the Return Authorization Request Form within 14 days from delivery of your order.
  2. After you receive your return authorization number, securely pack the product to be returned in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories.
  3. Return the product to the address provided within 30 days of purchase with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product(s) any credit due will be processed within 14 business days.

Returns
Unopened items must be received in a resalable condition.  Returned product(s) must be in the original condition in their original packaging.  We offer refunds or store credit for the full product price only. 

Returning Your Product
To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your Return Authorization number written on the outside of the package.  The warehouse will not accept packages without an RA number.  Make sure the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them.  Please send your return package via FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post Insured.  We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or carrier tracking of your return.  Customers are responsible for all freight charges.

Processing Your Return
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the product(s) less original shipping & handling costs. If you have requested an exchange, the new shipping confirmation will serve as notice that we have received your return and a new shipment is on its way.  Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return.

Damaged Shipments
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge.  Save the package and all contents, fill out the return authorization request form, and we will provide you with special instruction to process your replacement product(s).  Replacement product(s) will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge.
